Our Fee-Saving Guarantee

CBS Systems (CBS) is offering you, the merchant, an opportunity to guarantee you savings off your current credit card processing fees or make $1,000.00. To qualify, you must submit your most recent merchant account statement for a free analysis. Following submission, PPS will demonstrate the monthly savings that would have been realized had you been processing with us. If we are unable to lower your merchant account processing fees, we will pay you $1,000.00! It's that simple.

CBS Systems guarantees the merchant, or "Future Customer", the option to save on their monthly processing fees currently being charged by his/her current credit card processor/processing agent. "Monthly processing fees" being defined as a total of those fees charged to a merchant on a monthly basis directly related to the merchant's processing activity. Those fees include but are not limited to; discount rate, basis points, authorization fees, per settled item fees, statement fees and monthly minimum fees. Note that the terms used here to describe these fees are common terms and the charges may be described differently by other processing companies. These fees do not include per-occurrence charges or equipment related fees such as purchase, lease, rental or wireless fees.

If CBS Systems cannot lower the monthly processing fees the merchant is currently being charged, CBS Systems will pay the merchant a total of $1,000.00 as a one-time payment.

Limit one guarantee per merchant / future customer. "Merchant / Future customer" being defined as an ownership entity with one or more established and active credit card processing accounts that are not currently processing or have not previously processed through CBS Systems and with no material changes expected in the makeup or nature of credit card processing charges incurred by the merchant.

CBS Systems makes no guarantee as to any additional required fees necessary in the activation of the merchant account, including but not limited to credit card processing equipment.

Merchants deemed ineligible for a merchant account by our processing partners, such as those but not limited to, merchants on any blacklist such as MATCH are not eligible for this guarantee.
